Blues ‘n’ Trouble

Scotland’s farthest travelled Blues Band, “B’N’T” continue to play high energy electric boogie rhythm and blues with the same force, core members and classic songs from the ‘80’s. Blues ‘N’ Trouble made their name in the early ‘80’s with a break out tour supporting BB King which put them firmly in the international and UK blues circuits for the next 40 years. Original front man, Tim Elliot, has kept the band truly alive with a morphing line up, and still performs occasionally. Original line up members from the 80’s era are touring across the UK, Europ & USA. Sean Scott, John Bruce, “Tele” Dave and now introducing Gary Martin (Vocals & Harmonica) who has been a cog in the BNT machine for over 4 decades!
With Tim stepping down from touring, BNT had a ready baked front man in Gary Martin. Not only a fine vocalist and exceptional harmonica player (keeping the signature blues harp sound of BNT) but his history and relationship with the band tracks their 40+ year career. Gary has fronted BNT both alone and alongside Tim at numerous shows in the last few years. Harmonica fans rave about the skill and feel of his playing, which is world class. Latterly, Andrew Stirling joined on bass (also the Allmans Project & Safehouse).
