The State Blues Band

The State Blues Band formed over twenty-eight years ago to host the now legendary jam session at The State Bar in Glasgow, possibly the longest running jam session in the UK. Al Fleming on Vocals and Guitar, Jim Keilt on Guitar and Vocals, Tim Clarke on Bass and Kenny Robertson on Drums now host several regular jam sessions as well as gigging as a band in their own right. If you like Blues with a spontaneous but tight feel, they’re a must to check out. They’re currently about to release their second album.
