Miller Crossan


Miller•Crossan are a Scottish-based blues roots duo, playing traditional blues material and original songs with fingerpicked acoustic/slide guitars, harmonica, percussion, and harmony vocals.

They have played at Fynefest, Girvan Folk Festival, Crabble Corn Mill Festival in Dover, Hogmanays on Iona, the Callander Jazz & Blues Festival and many community events across Argyll, – and once entertained motorists whilst stuck in a traffic jam on the M25.

With live music now finally returned full time, Miller•Crossan were back out playing at a number of festivals over the summer: Dereham Blues Festival, Edenfest, Girvan Garden Festival and Butefest.

Robin Miller, born in South Uist and brought up on Islay, previously played in World Music act Zuba. They played at T-In-The-Park, Celtic Connections and were regulars on the UK roots circuit for 10 years, supporting Manu Chao and The Levellers.

Robin released “Beelines”, a solo album of guitar instrumentals, in 2021 on the Foxstar label.

Andy, originally from Glasgow, has been a part of the Dunoon music scene for over 10 years including The Alley Katz, The Jack Ruby Five and other acts.

With Miller•Crossan bring their links to the west coast into their original material and a unique harmony-laden slant to blues classics. Their live sets showcase a driving blues/roots harmony sound.

Miller•Crossan are in the process of completing an album of original for release in Spring 2024.
