Following on from 2023’s tremendously well-received debut album, Bison Hip launched their second album on May 17th 2024 Welcome To The Rest Of Your Life. Formed by long-time friends during a lockdown Zoom call in 2020 , 4 of the 5 members are over 50 and wanted the music to reflect where they were now, but life experience has made them right at the top of their game . with the band ethos of real songs played by real musicians, the album is full of life experiences. Their songs are full of pain, loss, failure, disappointment but also joy, excitement and lots of hope! Last year was an exciting year for the band and with the new album out, 2025 looks set to announce the complete arrival of Bison Hip as a unique modern blues rock band ready to make their mark!
